Hollywood beauty Uma Thurman has teamed up with designer Donna Karan to support the cause of breast cancer awareness. The star has been named the ambassador of a retail giant’s ‘Key to the Cure’ shopping event, which raises funds for research to find remedies for cancer.

“Everyone I know has been affected by breast cancer one way or the other. It is vital that we work toward a cure,” said the 40-year-old star.
