Vivek Oberoi-Sanjay Gupta bond over their babies

Last year, they were involved in a bitter tiff after Vivek Oberoi opted out of Sanjay Gupta’s Shootout At Wadala. But now, all seems to be well between the two. The Shootout At Lokhandwala (2007) actor and Gupta were attending a bash when they bumped into each other.

The Shootout At Lokhandwala (2007) actor and Gupta were attending a bash when they bumped into each other. And to onlookers’ surprise, they weren’t uncomfortable at all. The duo met with a hug and congratulated each other on the birth of their babies (while Sanjay became the father to a baby girl, Vivek was blessed with a boy recently).

"There wasn’t any discomfort between them. They met like long-lost friends. Both of them are quite fond of one another," says an insider close to them. When contacted, Vivek says: "I don’t know how you want to describe it but yes, we met each other very warmly. Sanjay is an old friend. It’s not like we have become enemies. While I congratulated him on his daughter’s birth, he wished me luck for my son. So it was all good. If the right opportunity comes along, why won’t we work together?"

“When I met him, the first thing I did was congratulate Vivek on his first kid. There was no animosity between us,” says Gupta. Recently, Gupta and his estranged friend Sanjay Dutt had also patched up at a party.
