The 31-year-old reality star wore a sleeveless suit dress, which showed off her ample cleavage in a plunging neckline, however, it may have been a little too revealing as the button holding the dress together popped open.

Kim quickly fixed the button to spare her blushes as she browsed posh shops in Soho, the Sun reported.
