According to your height, your weight should be 78-80 kg, so you have to increase your weight by at least 12-15 kg. Whey protein is a high quality protein powder naturally found in cow’s milk. Milk has two proteins — casein (approximately 80 per cent) and whey protein (approximately 20 per cent).
