We have heard of actors who keep their personal lives, especially their partners and spouses, away from the public glare in order to keep their popularity intact. And the latest to join the brigade is controversial rapper and singer Yo Yo Honey Singh, who, during an interview to us, said that he’s not married.
“I may have a lot of girlfriends, but I am not at all married,” said the 29-year-old singer. When we pointed out that pictures of his marriage are available on the Internet, he said “Those wedding pictures on the net are not true, they are from a shoot that I had done.”
However, HT City was able to get in touch with Vinod Kumar, a Delhi-based photographer who claims to have taken pictures of Singh’s wedding to Delhi girl Shalini Talwar, two years back.
“I was the official photographer at Honey Singh’s wedding ceremony, which took place on January 23, 2011 at a farm house in the outskirts of Delhi. There were Sikh rituals in the morning at a Gurudwara in Sarojini Nagar,” Kumar was happy to share the pictures of the wedding taken by him, with us.
