In an attempt to discourage models from going ultra-thin and thus posing a danger to their health, Australia will reward designers and magazines that showcase healthier-looking women.

Youth Minister Kate Ellis has unveiled a new body-image tick of approval, similar to the Heart Foundation's healthy foods tick, to be awarded to magazines, modelling agencies and fashion labels that should meet some criteria.
Following points are included in it: No retouching of photos in any way that changes body shape, disclosure when photos have been retouched, and using a diverse range of body shapes and sizes.
“Body image is an issue that we must take seriously because it is affecting the health and happiness of substantial sections of our community,” the youth minister tells Australia's Telegraph.
Well hope the size zero brigade has got the message right.
