Barely four-and-half months after giving birth to a baby boy, model Sapna Kumar is all set to debut her post baby bod at the Wills Lifestyle Fashion Week which kicks off on April 6.

Barely four-and-half months after giving birth to a baby boy, model Sapna Kumar is all set to debut her post baby bod at the Wills Lifestyle Fashion Week which kicks off on April 6.

“I’m all most ramp ready but I think I still need to do a bit more toning up but I’m getting there. I’m quite happy to be here for fashion week. The energy is just so addictive,” says Kumar, who’s married to designer Manish Arora’s business partner Deepak Bhagwani, as we caught up with her during the fittings held over the weekend.

So, what’s her secret for shedding all that baby weight in such a short span of time? “I basically went back to my normal routine. Of course with a baby there’s a lot more to do. But I know diet and workouts work well for me. So I just stuck to them,” she says.

With veteran model Noyonika Chatterjee, who has a daughter, set to walk this fashion week as part of the regular pool of models, the mommy models club is all set to get bigger and hotter this season. Perhaps next season there’ll be a baby daycare centre next to the party lounges at fashion week!
