Residents of Korogocho slum in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, walked the ramp during a talent show held at the slum. Titled ‘Miss Koch’, the event rallies slum youth to break away from crime, drugs and sexual violence, by not only organising the annual fashion show, but offering scholarships to successful participants, who are part of the population of youth in Korogocho.
