Real estate firm Ireo has roped in internationally-acclaimed hospitality chain Hyatt Hotels to introduce branded Grand Hyatt Residences in Gurgaon to be managed by the hotel firm.

To cost between Rs. 11 crore and Rs.25 crore or even higher, apartment owners would be able to enjoy hotel-like facilities such as valet service, concierge, laundry, in-residence dining, housekeeping and others.

Residents would also be able to walk down to a nearby 7-star Grand Hyatt hotel, office complex and open-to-sky market in the 29-acre integrated complex to come up on Golf Extension Road.

“Branded residences is relatively a new concept in India and it is for those who are successful entrepreneurs, executive and others who want to enjoy an upscale lifestyle. Hyatt, with whom we have signed a management agreement, has built branded residencies across the world.

"In Gurgaon, we have planned five 30-plus floor residential towers with dedicated lifts and a private foyer on each floor. Each floor will have two apartments.

The apartments have been designed in areas between 4,600 and 10,000 sqft in four-plus bedroom formats with penthouse options.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation, which is presently developing Park Hyatt Residency in New York, is upbeat on the prospects of branded residences in India.

John M Burlingame, global head - residential development, Hyatt Corporation, said people in India too have an appetite for quality living.
