Two motorcycle-borne men allegedly robbed a Bilaspur-based marketing executive of his Hyundai Verna at gunpoint on NH-48 in Pachgaon, seven kilometres away from Manesar, Sunday night. The police said that the incident took place when the man was driving towards Jaipur.

According to the police, Narayan Singh was waiting for his friend in the car when the suspects, on a motorcycle, waylaid him around 10pm. One of the men pointed a gun at Singh and asked him to get out of the car, the police said. Subsequently, the suspects decamped with the car.
No shots were fired and Singh was unhurt, the police said.
In another incident, two men on a motorcycle allegedly robbed a man at gunpoint the same night near a bus stand in Manesar. The police suspect that both incidents might have been perpetrated by the same men as both the cases took place within one hour and the both sets of men were riding the same motorcycle’s model.
Krishan, assistant sub-inspector, Manesar police station said, “The suspects are at large. We have not been able to identify them.”
