1 Space matters: Always consider space availability. Measure it so that you not only have enough space to accommodate your current plan, but also for any future equipment growth.
2 Machine selection: Go for equipments with multiple usage that can take care of the entire workout at one go, without wasting time. Always consider the floor type if it can carry the extra weight brought about by freestanding units. Also don’t congest the area with too many equipments, make sure there is room for movement. Safety measures are also important.3 Entertainment too: Equipments with entertainment and multimedia facilities like TV, music, iPod and gaming are worth considering as they can keep you entertained while working out.
4 Mirrors are important: Large wall mirrors will make a small gym room look and feel larger. Mirrors also help maintain proper posture during workout.
5 Get motivated: Paste photographs of your idol, which can motivate you to workout and help you get the desired shape.
