Actor Matt Damon is reportedly in talks to join the cast of Neill Blomkamp's upcoming sci-fi drama

. Contactmusic.com reports, the Invictus star’s role in the movie has not yet been confirmed, Matt and his management team are said to be in the first stage of discussions. It is believed the plot of the sci-fi action will take place on a distant planet in the distant future.
