Kristen Bell is set to start work on the highly-anticipated Frozen sequel from next month. The actress, 35, who voices Princess Ana, said production on the animated follow-up is set to start much sooner than fans had initially thought, reported Contactmusic.
Princess Ana and Elsa will be back with Frozen 2, as is snowman Olaf.
Idina Menzel, who voices Queen Elsa, and Josh Gad, who plays snowman Olaf, are also set to reprise their roles for Frozen 2, which will see the return of directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, who penned the script for the 2013 hit.
“They’ve just written it and they’re still doing tweaks, but I think we should be recording this month. The story is great, and they exude quality,” she said. “What I know about that whole team is that they wouldn’t just put something out to put it out. That’s why it took them so long to even announce that we were doing a second one.”
