Actress-singer Zendaya Coleman says she was probably refused a service in a store because of her skin tone.
The 20-year-old took to Snapchat on Tuesday to post a series of short videos that explained the ordeal she went through while visiting a branch of Vons - a supermarket chain in North America, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
In the videos, Zendaya said: “So we just got out of this Vons. Now I am trying to buy a lot of gift cards. There are certain limits or whatever so you can only by so much, but the lady that was helping us ... I don’t think she was a fan of our skin tone.”
