Hollywood actor Kirsten Dunst, who starred as Peter Parker's love interest in the films so far, believes that new Spider Man actors Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone will ‘be great’ in the superhero franchise.

actors Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone will ‘be great’ in the superhero franchise. Dunst starred as Peter Parker’s love interest Mary Jane Watson in three films, opposite actor Tobey Maguire. And, she admits that casting chiefs made the right choice and she’s convinced the sequel will be a phenomenal success, reports

“I like Andrew Garfield so much as an actor... and Emma Stone — I think they’ll be great in the new version,” she said. Asked whether she will go to see the new film, Dunst replied, “Of course I’m going to see the movie! Of course.” The currently untitled
Spider Man
film will be directed by Marc Webb and is due for release in July, 2012.
