Universal Pictures has revealed a teaser of Tom Cruise’s upcoming movie The Mummy.
The 15-second clip doesn’t give much away but does promise that a full trailer is to come on Sunday, December 4.
Directed by Alex Kurtzman, the film stars Tom Cruise, Russell Crowe and Sofia Boutella and is set to be released in theatres June 9, 2017.
With the tagline “Welcome to the World of New Gods and Monsters”, The Mummy signals the shared monsters universe Universal is putting together. The series of films will also include Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, Wolfman, Dracula and Invisible Man.
