At least 10 persons, including five women, were killed and 10 other injured after a truck hit a passenger bus on Thursday in Sambalpur district of Orissa.
Police said the accident occurred in the morning at Babubandh on national highway-6 under Burla police station of the district, about 330 km southwest of Bhubaneswar, as the bus was going from Bargarh to Rourkela.

Six persons died on the spot, while four others succumbed to their injuries at the VSS Medical College Hospital.
