More than 14 additional district and session judges were shifted in Haryana on Wednesday.
An official release said that AS Narang, additional district and session judge (ADSJ), Bhiwani was posted as ADSJ Jhajjar as an additional officer. Najar Singh, ADSJ, presiding officer, special judge CBI Court, Panchkula would interchange his place of posting with Rakesh Kumar Yadav, ADSJ, Chandigarh. Gurvinder Singh Wadhwa, ADSJ, Nuh was posted at Bhiwani as ADSJ.
Shashi Chauhan, civil judge (senior division), Panipat was posted at Rewari as ADSJ as an additional officer, Basruddin civil judge (SD), Jind was posted as ADSJ Hisar in place of Ritu Tagore, Rajni Yadav, civil judge (SD) and chief judicial magistrate (CJM) as whole time secretary, district legal services authority (DLSA), Faridabad with additional charge as secretary, DLSA, Palwal to ADSJ Palwal as an additional officer, Rajender Singh Dhanda, civil judge (SD) and CJM, as whole time secretary, DLSA, Kurukshetra with additional charge as secretary, DLSA, Ambala and Kaithal was posted at Kurukshetra as ADSJ an additional officer, Rajesh Kumar Mehta, civil judge (SD) and CJM, as whole time secretary, DLSA, Panipat with additional charge of secretary, DLSA, Karnal and Sonepat was posted at Sirsa as ADSJ as an additional officer.
Similarly, Jaibir Singh, civil judge (SD) and CJM, as whole time secretary, DLSA, Panchkula with additional charge of secretary, DLSA, Yamunanagar was posted as ADSJ Kaithal as an additional officer, Harish Gupta, civil judge (SD) and CJM, as whole time secretary, DLSA, Sirsa with additional charge as secretary, DLSA, Fatehabad was posted at Kaithal as ADSJ as an additional officer, Narinder Kaur, civil judge (SD) and CJM, as whole time secretary, DLSA, Gurgaon with additional charge of secretary, DLSA, Mewat at Nuh was posted at Karnal as ADSJ in place of Daya Nand Bhardwaj, Amit Kumar Sharma, civil judge (SD) and CJM, as whole time secretary, DLSA, Bhiwani with additional charge of secretary, DLSA, Jind was posted at Panchkula as ADSJ in place of Sanjay Sandhir and Mahavir Singh as civil judge (SD), Faridabad was been posted at Fatehabad as ADSJ in place of LN Jindal.
