15 schoolchildren hurt in accident

A SCHOOL bus carrying children collided with a truck filled with gas cylinders near Sanver by-pass this morning, in which the bus driver and 15 students received injuries. The driver?s condition is serious.

A SCHOOL bus carrying children collided with a truck filled with gas cylinders near Sanver by-pass this morning, in which the bus driver and 15 students received injuries. The driver’s condition is serious.

School bus (MP-12B-1607) of Golden Future was hit by the truck (MP-09-KA-2896) from the rear, as a result of which the bus ran off the road. There were 35 students in the bus at that time. All of them had sustained minor injuries and were taken to various private and government hospitals by their parents. The truck driver fled after the accident.
