Dinesh and his associates Nishan alias Shanu, Gurvinder and Taj Mohammad were arrested from Kheri town yesterday for raping a 14-year-old girl in Lakhimpur and preparing obscene video clips to blackmail her, they added.

A case has been registered and further investigation is on, they said.
