9 IAS, HPS officers get addl charge

The Himachal Pradesh government on Wednesday made a minor reshuffle in the bureaucracy and gave additional charge to nine IAS and HAS officers.

The Himachal Pradesh government on Wednesday made a minor reshuffle in the bureaucracy and gave additional charge to nine IAS and HAS officers.

After a major administrative reshuffle a few days ago, the government made some adjustment in departments of some bureaucrats.

Narinder Chauhan, chief electoral officer-cum-principal secretary (elections), has been given the additional charge of principal secretary, housing.

Dr Ajai Bhandari has been posted as managing director, HP State Financial Corporation.

Bharat Khera, secretary, GAD, SAD & SWD, has been given the additional charge of secretary, parliamentary affairs.

Rajender Singh, director, information and public relations, has been given the additional charge of managing director, HP State Industrial Development Corporation, Shimla.

SC Negi, who was under transfer to Shimla as divisional settlement officer, has been shifted as director of SC, OBC and minority affairs. He will relieve Nandita Gupta of this additional charge.

Dr Sunil Kumar Chaudhary, managing director, HP Backward Classes, Finance and Development Corporation, Kangra, has been shifted as settlement officer, Shimla division.

JS Walia, managing director, HP Financial Corporation, has been appointed as managing director, HP Forest Corporation, Shimla.
