"I do not not know anything about the press conference which was held without my permission," he said on the phone from Shimla.
Dhindsa said Rajya Sabha member Tarlochan Singh had sought permission from him for a meeting of BJP MPs and he had allowed it.
The former Union Minister said he was not aware of any press conference by a woman from Jalgaon.
