Apollo Tyres Q3 net at Rs 16.44 cr

Apollo Tyres reported a net profit of Rs 16.44 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005.

Apollo Tyres Ltd on Monday reported a net profit of Rs 16.44 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 as compared to Rs 16.85 crore for the same quarter in 2004-05.

Total income (net of excise) has increased 17.88 per cent to Rs 679.14 crore for the third quarter in current fiscal from Rs 576.08 crore in the year-ago period, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
