Ashok Leyland July sales up 22%

India's second-biggest bus and truck maker also reports 30 per cent growth in domestic sales at 4,970 units.

Ashok Leyland Ltd, India's second-biggest bus and truck maker, said on Monday vehicle sales in July rose 22 percent to 5,231 units from 4,283 units a year earlier.

Sales in India rose 30 percent to 4,970 units to 3,837 units.
