Seven persons have died of a mysterious disease in Solukhumbu district of Nepal over the last two days, officials said.

People from all age groups from infants to old people have been victims of the disease that has affected Gudel village development committee of Solukhumbu district, officials said.

The disease could not be diagnosed due to the lack of health workers in the remote district in eastern Nepal.
