A bakery owner in Mumbra allegedly stabbed a 45-year-old man to death with a bread knife on Thursday morning during an argument over a piece of land.

“There was a dispute between Samiullah Choudhary, 32, also a Congress worker, and Salim Qureshi, a resident of Yadavnagar, over a piece of land between the rear portion of Choudhary’s bakery and Qureshi’s chawl house,” said senior police inspector Anil Deshmukh from the Mumbra police station.
