Nitish was allegedly murdered by Vikas and his cousin Vishal, as they were opposed to his relationship with Bharti.
Bharti, who has been avoiding court proceedings for over three years, is likely to depose on November 29. Neelam Katara, Nitish’s mother, will be in court when Bharti deposes.
Bharti’s counsel, SC Bhuttan, said he had heard the news about Bharti’s arrival, but she was yet to contact him.
