THE INDUSTRIAL Machine Manufacturing Division of BHEL, Bhopal, today organised ‘Rajbhasha Puraskar Samaroh’ at IFX Conference Hall. Justice R D Shukla was the chief guest on this occasion and General Manager (EM) S N Daga was the guest of honour.
Additional General Manager (IMM) S K Tiwari was in the chair. Shukla, in his address, congratulated BHEL employees for their achievement in the last fiscal. He said they set an example for others by their hard work and commitment. “We find work hard and exhausting if we do not have interest.
The moment we feel it to be our work, we love it and even forget time,” he added. Hindi is a rich language and there are more than 4.5 lakh words in Hindi vocabulary. Hindi speaking states have not yet been able to make a common terminology and it is a great hindrance in propagation of Hindi, Shukla said.
Congratulating the employees for their outstanding performance, Daga said Hindi has been an important tool in department’s achievements. Appreciating the efforts of Departmental Hindi Committee, he said all works, whether technical or non-technical, could be better performed if done in our own language.
