However, party leaders today said that on a call given by the party high command to observe a Black Day in all state capitals, an impressive ‘March to Raj Bhawan’ had been organised here on Saturday, which would be led by former Union Minister Dr Murli Manohar Joshi.

The march would begin at the State BJP Office at 10 am and senior party leaders, including Lalji Tandon, Keshari Nath Tripathi besides thousands of workers are expected to participate in the march.

Giving this information to reporters here on Thursday, State BJP spokesman Hirday Narain Dixit said that the appeasement policy of UPA as well as the Mulayam Government was responsible for increased terrorist activities, as the Government had no potential law to deal with terrorism after repealing POTA enacted by the Vajpayee Government.
