Raising anti-Dikshit slogans and holding black flags, scores of BJP activists hit the streets in New Delhi protesting the delay in arresting those behind the murder of seven members of a family in Inderlok.

"The law and order situation in Delhi is worsening day by day. The multiple murders, attack against senior citizens and increasing incidents of crime are pointers in this direction," BJP leader Vijay Goel said.

Alleging that government has failed to check increasing incidents of crime, he demanded the resignations of the Chief Minister and City Police Commissioner KK Paul besides a statement from the Union Home Minister on the law and order situation in the Capital.

The activists also burned the effigies of Dikshit and Paul.
