BJP leaders, led by party’s national vice-president Kalraj Mishra, on Saturday held a Kisan Sabha at Bhatta village and heard farmers’ woes. They promised the victims of “police atrocities” all support.

The leaders entered Bhatta around 4 pm and remained there for one-and-a-half hours.
The party also organised a Kisan Sandesh Yatra which ended at Bhatta.
The Congress has also decided to hold a maha panchayat at Bhatta between June 20 and June 25.
