A recent research by communication experts 'The Aziz Corporation' found that most British company managers believe swearing by their staff is more acceptable than bending the truth.

While 66 per cent of the 308 senior managers and directors surveyed thought "bull*****ing" by employees was "very annoying", only 37 per cent objected to expletives being flung around the office.

The findings also revealed that 36 per cent found swearing tolerable compared with just 8 per cent willing to tolerate lying.

"Bosses prefer their colleagues' language to be honest and accurate even if that means tolerating the odd expletive here and there. It does appear that the culture of television personalities such as Sir Alan Sugar and Gordon Ramsay is permeating the business world," The Scotsman quoted professor Khalid Aziz, the Aziz Corporation chairman, as saying.
