The court has fixed April 5 and 7 as the next dates for hearing. On these dates, the prosecution will produce its witnesses.

The Judicial magistrate in Jodhpur has granted permanent exemption from appearance to Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam and Tabu in the Kankani poaching case.

Counsel for the actors HM Saraswat said that he filed an application for permanent exemption from appearance and Judicial Magistrate Dalpat Singh Rajpurohit allowed it. The court also allowed the request regarding restricting all advocates intervening in the case without any locus standi.
