A Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) candidate and his friend were injured when unidentified men hurled a bomb at their car in Deogarh district.
Ranjit Yadav, BSP contestant from Jarmundi assembly constituency was returning with a friend last night when the bomb was hurled, injuring both, SP P K Srivastav told newsmen here.

The injured have been admitted to a hospital.
