An assistant engineer with the Arunachal Pradesh government was nabbed with 43 live bullets while attempting to board a Delhi-bound flight in Nagpur on Sunday, police said.

Kardoriba Ikriba, 46, hails from Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh, according to Sonegaon Police Station officer Vasudev Dudhatwar.
