State home secretary BR Sharma told reporters that doctors from the government medical college, who conducted the autopsy, certified that no external injuries were found on the body of the deceased, ruling our judicial torture.

“X-rays of the body show no abnormality and the time of the death in the report has been shown as less than 12 hours prior to the completion of the postmortem and handing over of the body at 7.20 pm on September 30,” he said.
