Cash-on-camera scam: HC directs CBI not to arrest Patel

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday directed CBI not to arrest Bhupendra Singh Patel who conducted a sting operation against Dilip Singh Judeo.

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday directed CBI not to arrest Bhupendra Singh Patel alias Rahul and his two associates, who conducted a sting operation against former Union Minister Dilip Singh Judeo, till further orders.

The order came from Justice RS Sodhi on their petition seeking quashing of FIR registered against them by the investigating agency in the cash-on-camera scam.
