CBI files chargesheet in J&K sex racket case

CBI sources said that the alleged kingpin of the racket Sabina and her husband Abdul Hamid were named in all the five chargesheets.

The CBI on Saturday filed the second chargesheet against two former Jammu and Kashmir ministers and a senior IAS officer in the sex racket case.

Besides filing the charges against Raman Mattoo and GA Mir, both former ministers, and Iqbal Khandey, a senior IAS officer, the agency also charged Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Deputy Superintendent of Police, and Rayaz Kawa, a hotel owner in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate MY Akhoon.
