The division bench headed by Chief Justice Nissar Ahammad Kakru heard the arguments of the lawyers of Jagan and of a few other companies who are respondents.
The lawyers said they could not argue untill a copy of the CBI's preliminary inquiry report was given to them.
The judges said they themselves had not gone through the report yet, and the copy could not be given to them at this juncture.
Jagan is facing the allegations of amassing huge wealth during the period his father was the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh.
