CBI has named former union minister Dilip Singh Judeo and two others in its preliminary enquiry in the cash-on-camera scam as one of the persons against whom probe has to be conducted.

The PE names Judeo, his personal secretary Natwar Rateria, Rahul (the alleged bribe-giver) and some unknown persons, highly placed CBI sources told PTI on Wednesday night.
This puts to rest the speculations that the CBI had not named anyone in the PE.
However, a regular case was likely to be registered only after getting advice from the forensic laboratory about the videotape, they said.
The agency registered a PE in the case after "Indian Express" came out with a story made from the videotape in which Judeo was purportedly shown as accepting bribe from a person Rahul for some mining project in Chhattisgarh.
