Charge sheet agaisnt 3 in illegal arms case in Ajmer
Police on Saturday filed charge sheet against the Mujeeb and Shabir Ahmed along with a truck cleaner.
Police on Saturday filed charge sheet against the Mujeeb Ahmed a self-proclaimed group commander (south) and Shabir Ahmed of the terrorist outfit Hizbul Muzaheedeen and a truck cleaner Ravidnra Mali in the court of chief judicial magistrate Himkani Gaur after three months of investigation agaisnt the accused.
While Mujib was arrrested in connection with illegal arms and ammunition supply at Hyderabad last year, terrorist Shabir Ahmed and his truck cleaner were nabbed for carrying a truck loaded with huge cache of arms and ammunition 18 kms from Ajmer last year.
The consignment of weapons were to be delivered to Mujeeb at Hyderabad.
The CJM after scrutinsing the papers submitted by the police committed the case to the district and sessions court for hearing.
Shabir Ahmed and Ravindra Mali were present in the court at the time of hearing. Both of them at present are in the judicial custdy while Mujeeb was in the judicial custoy at Hyderabad.
