The stunning 'Monster' actress has four pet dogs and she recently revealed that she was very keen to bring back a rescue dog from Germany, where she shot for her forthcoming flick, 'Aeon Flux'.
"I am shooting a film in Berlin in one of the biggest animal rescue centres in Europe," Femalefirst quoted Charlize as saying.
"There are a lot of unwanted dogs. Stuart has already said to me, 'You are not bringing anything back unless it's a tortoise.' He loves dogs as well but he is the realistic one in our house," she added.
Charlize is also the new face of animal rights group PETA, and she recently appeared in anti-fur advertisement for the PETA with one of her dearest dogs, and the slogan read: "If you wouldn't wear your dog, please don't wear fur."
