A Chinese cargo boat capsized in waters off South Korea's southeastern coast, leaving three fishermen dead and six missing, South Korean police said on Monday. The 127-ton boat "Luwenshui 10" capsized off Busan, 320 kilometers (200 miles) southeast of Seoul, said Yoon Dong-gil, a maritime police official in Busan.
