A Chinese cargo boat capsized in waters off South Korea's southeastern coast, leaving three fishermen dead and six missing, South Korean police said on Monday. The 127-ton boat "Luwenshui 10" capsized off Busan, 320 kilometers (200 miles) southeast of Seoul, said Yoon Dong-gil, a maritime police official in Busan.

The police retrieved the bodies of three fishermen from the boat, and the cause of the accident was being investigated, Yoon said. The boat was traveling from the Chinese port of Weihai, and was due to arrive at Muhko on the eastern coast of South Korea late on Monday.
