Class 4 girl raped in house

A Class 4 student was allegedly raped on Monday afternoon by an unidentified man at her residence in the Amenabad area of Bisrakh, Greater Noida. The victim had returned from school and was alone at home.

Even after 24 hours of the incident, the accused has not been identified. "My daughter said she didn't know the man. He knocked on the door, forcefully entered the house and locked the door from inside," the girl’s father said.

Police believe the accused had been following the girl for a long time as he knew she would be alone and suspect the accused is a resident of the same area.

"The accused hasn't been identified yet but we will conduct a raid soon,” said BR Zaidi, station house officer (SHO), Bisrakh.
