Deputy Commissioner of Police Vishwas Nangre-Patil, who had headed the ANC team at the rave party on October 5, said Simone has not turned up in court during the last two hearings. “He was not even found at the address that had been given by him to the court,” Patil said.

Simone had been arrested on October 5 for allegedly selling drugs at the rave party held at Bombay-72 Degrees East. Altogether 254 people, including 239 youths, were arrested during the raid.
