Judicial Magistrate II, Seetharaman, directed the Commissioner of Police, Madurai, to execute the NBW issued against the actresses and posted the case for further hearing on November 10.

The judge felt that the actresses should have appeared in the court obeying the court's order issued on March 10.

The actresses through their lawyer contended that they were not in a position to come to the court, as they were busy shooting for a film in the United States.

They also claimed that they were not aware of the pictures published in the eveninger without their permission.

Dakshinamoorthy, a city-based advocate, had filed the case against Shetty and Sen besides Murugan, the editor of Tamil Murasu, for publication of the "obscene" pictures.

As per the NBW issued by the court on March 10, the actresses had to appear before it on Friday.
