A court in Bathinda on Tuesday reserved its order till Wednesday on an application filed by Punjab Police seeking an arrest warrant against head of Dera Sacha Sauda.

A court in Bathinda on Tuesday reserved its order till Wednesday on an application filed by Punjab Police seeking an arrest warrant against head of Dera Sacha Sauda Baba Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh for allegedly hurting the religious sentiments of Sikhs.

Police had filed an application on Monday in the court of Duty Magistrate KL Khitchi seeking a warrant against the Dera chief, claiming that they had "sufficient evidence" against him.
