The court will decide the right age of a child to take admission in nursery.

Earlier on an application moved by the Delhi government the court had directed that a child has to be three years of age by March 31st-April 1st 2007 to apply for nursery.

A few weeks ago, however, the Delhi government withdrew its application because it had caused a lot of confusion among parents and principals.
