From the popular bunny chow to the favourite baklava, African cuisine is known for it’s aromatic spices and filling dishes. While at Blanco, you can feast on Ethiopian delicacies such as Sheba Salad, inspired by the Queen of Sheba, fragrant chicken stew called Dorowat. The Moroccan feast at Hyatt is crafted by chef Lahsen Bechchar from Marrakesh, Morocco.
