A division bench of the Allahabad High Court here on Tuesday has set October 12 deadline for the State Government to file a detailed report on how to prevent and cure dengue fever in the city. The bench comprising Justices Jagdish Bhalla and DV Sharma passed the order on a public interest litigation (PIL) filed by local lawyer BK Shukla. The DG (Medical & Health) had appeared in court today.
